Brymers' Clootie Dumplings are traditionally made spiced fruit puddings which are wrapped in a cloth (clootie) and simmered in water for 4 hours - made to a recipe hasn't changed much in 300 years :-)

Heat with custard for a rich & tasty pudding - Dowse with brandy and set alight for christmas pudding - Fry in butter (or microwave) as part of a decadent fry-up - pretty amazing just as it comes too!
