  • Cover in foil & simmer in water for:

    1lb ~ 45 minutes.

    1.5lb ~ 1 hour.

    2lb ~ 1 hour 15 minutes.

    3lb ~ 1 hour 30 minutes.

    4lb ~ 1 hour 415 minutes.

    5lb ~ 2 hours.
