Peppered Beef Chip Steaks - 6oz (each)
Grill on low heat turning often for 7 to 15 minutes /
Fry on low heat turning often for 7 to 15 minutes/
BBQ on low heat turning often for 5 to 10 minutes/
Oven bake at 170°C/Gas Mark 4 for 15-20 minutes.
